Special 13X Molecular Sieve for Air Separation (13X-APG)
The 13X molecular sieve of Chengdu Shengli Technology Co., Ltd. refers to sodium X-type aluminosilicate. The 13X molecular sieve can adsorb molecules with a critical diameter not greater than 10 ?.
The 13X type is used in industry for general gas drying. The air purification in the air separation unit deeply removes H?O and CO?, as well as the desulfurization of liquid hydrocarbons and natural gas (removal of H2S and mercaptans).
Any molecule that can be adsorbed on 3A, 4A and 5A molecular sieves can be adsorbed on 13X. In addition, the 13X type can adsorb molecules with larger critical diameters, such as certain aromatic hydrocarbons and branched chain hydrocarbons.
The 13X molecular sieve of Chengdu Shengli Technology Co., Ltd. can be regenerated and reused by purging or vacuuming at an elevated temperature. The degree of regeneration (dehydration) depends on the humidity and temperature of the purge gas.
